Litchfield Park Property Search

Litchfield Park in Arizona got its name in 1926, after Paul Litchfield, founder of Goodyear Tire & Co, was searching for land where he could grow cotton. Twenty miles northwest of Phoenix and sporting a population of a little over 5,000, Litchfield Park has many historical buildings, and is home to the Wigwam, a south western themed resort where the original business executives of Goodyear Tire took up residence. Since then, many homes, shops, and restaurants have popped up over the years, and Litchfield Park attracts many tourists. Food festivals, farmer’s markets, and wine festivals are just some of the events Litchfield hosts monthly, as well as hosting many local restaurants with unique food options. (Source https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Litchfield_Park,_Arizona)
